
Andhra CM, Lokesh Greet Party Workers on TDP’s 44th Foundation Day
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu extended his greetings to all members of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) on the occasion of its 44th foundation day . In a post on X, the Chief Minister highlighted that the party has always adhered to the principles of its founder, N.T. Rama Rao (NTR) , particularly his focus on providing food, shelter, and clothing to the poor .
Describing the day as a festival for the party family , Naidu acknowledged the efforts of every worker, noting that their dedication has been instrumental in strengthening the organisation . “The party, founded by the visionary NTR, reflects the aspirations of generations of Telugu people,” he said, underlining the party’s continuing commitment to its core values.
Similarly, IT Minister Nara Lokesh extended his greetings, emphasising that the TDP was born for the self-respect and progress of the Telugu people . Inspired by NTR’s philosophy that “Society is the temple, and people are Gods” , Lokesh said the party has consistently served as a support system for the poor . He noted that the formation of the TDP was a turning point that enabled the oppressed, backward, and weaker sections to gain political and social recognition.
Lokesh also highlighted that the TDP was a pioneer in introducing welfare initiatives at the state and national level. He said that the party continues to move forward with the goal of making the Telugu people number one in the world , staying true to the vision of its founder and the aspirations of successive generations.
On this special day, both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to the TDP’s ideals and conveyed their heartfelt greetings to every party member, celebrating the party’s enduring role in uplifting the underprivileged and promoting social progress .
