The rally is being viewed as a major political mobilisation by the BJP in the state and is expected to mark the beginning of the party’s campaign efforts for the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections .
According to party leaders, the event aims to send a strong message of “positive change” and development in Punjab while strengthening the party’s organisational presence across the state.
Punjab BJP Scheduled Caste Morcha vice-president Paramjit Singh Kainth said the rally reflects the party’s commitment to good governance, transparency and development. He added that thousands of party workers, farmers, youth and people from different sections of society are expected to participate in the event.
State BJP president Sunil Jakhar , working president Ashwani Sharma , and organisation secretary Manthri Srinivasulu have been visiting various districts to mobilise party workers ahead of the rally.
