Bharatiya Chaitanya Yuvajana Party (BCYP) president Bode Ramachandra Yadav has alleged irregularities in land allocation under the Amaravati development project, targeting Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu .

Speaking to the media on Wednesday, he claimed that land acquired from farmers was distributed to the Chief Minister’s family members, relatives, associates, and corporate firms . He also criticized the government for failing to fulfill promises made to backward classes , even after two years in power.

In protest against the lack of response, Bode Ramachandra Yadav has been on an indefinite hunger strike since the 11th of this month, which has now entered its fourth day.

He emphasized that Amaravati should reflect inclusive growth and not serve the interests of a select few. The BCYP has demanded the allocation of at least 1,000 acres of land in the capital region to backward classes, along with the implementation of four additional demands submitted to the government.
