AIIMS CRE 2025 Recruitment :Registration Window Active till today

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has issued a notification for the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE-4) 2025, under which 1,383 Group B and Group C posts are being filled across multiple participating AIIMS institutes. The online application process was opened on 14 November 2025, and applications are being accepted until 2 December 2025 through the official website aiimsexams.ac.in.

The recruitment has been announced to fill posts in administrative, technical, engineering, nursing, and support categories. The CRE system has been adopted by AIIMS to ensure a uniform selection process for Group B and C positions across various campuses.

According to the notification, applications are being invited from candidates who hold 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation, or Post-Graduation qualifications, depending on the post. Educational requirements and experience norms must be fulfilled on or before the closing date. Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.

The selection process is being conducted in multiple stages. A Computer-Based Test (CBT) will serve as the primary stage of assessment, and it will contain 100 objective-type questions for 400 marks, including general knowledge, aptitude, computer awareness, and domain-related subjects. A negative marking of 0.25 is being applied for every incorrect answer. Candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for skill tests, where required, and the final merit list will be prepared solely based on CBT scores for those who clear all qualifying stages. Document verification will be conducted by the respective AIIMS institutes after provisional selection.

The application fee has been fixed at ₹3,000 for General and OBC candidates and ₹2,400 for SC, ST, and EWS candidates, while PwBD applicants are exempted from fee payment. As per government rules, age relaxation is being provided to SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-servicemen and other eligible categories. The minimum age required for most posts is 18 years, while the upper age limit varies according to the position.

The salary will be provided as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC). Group C posts fall under Pay Level-1 to Pay Level-6, while Group B posts are placed in Pay Level-6 to Pay Level-8. Allowances such as DA, HRA, TA and other benefits will be extended in accordance with central government norms.

The recruitment covers a wide range of positions commonly notified under AIIMS CRE, including technical posts such as Technicians (Laboratory, Radiology, Radiotherapy, OT), engineering roles like Junior Engineers, nursing positions, administrative roles such as Junior Administrative Assistants, and support staff posts including Attendants and Store-related positions. AIIMS has also stated that candidates applying for more than one group must submit separate applications along with the respective fees.

Applications are being accepted only through the online portal. Candidates have been advised to carefully verify their details before final submission, as incorrect or incomplete information may lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage. Admit cards are expected to be issued three days prior to the CBT, which is tentatively scheduled between 22 and 24 December 2025.

AIIMS has further clarified that the recruitment will be carried out strictly based on eligibility, and the candidature of applicants may be cancelled if any discrepancy is detected during verification. The institute reserves the right to modify the number of vacancies or other conditions as required.
