Maxfort School, Rohini, has unveiled its Future-Ready Learning Framework, a transformative initiative aimed at preparing students for a rapidly evolving technological and social landscape. The framework blends artificial intelligence (AI), sustainability, creativity, and experiential learning with a strong focus on empathy, responsibility, and collaboration.

Designed to align education with innovation and digital transformation, the framework integrates AI tools, design thinking, and inquiry-based learning into academics, encouraging students to connect classroom knowledge with real-world challenges. Learning goes beyond textbooks, emphasizing critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving through coding, robotics, field explorations, and project-based learning.

Sustainability forms a key pillar of the framework. Students engage in projects and experiments on renewable energy, climate change, and eco-friendly practices, fostering environmental awareness and scientific inquiry. The school’s STEM and laboratory programs are being upgraded to promote innovation aligned with global sustainability goals.

Language, arts, and mathematics have also been reimagined to enhance communication, empathy, and analytical reasoning. Activities like storytelling, theatre, podcasts, and gamified math challenges aim to make learning engaging and relevant.

Recognising the role of families in education, Maxfort has strengthened its Parent Engagement Programme, introducing workshops and collaborative sessions that align parents with classroom learning objectives.

“Our goal is to nurture curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities through experience and innovation,” a school spokesperson said.

With this initiative, Maxfort School reinforces its mission to cultivate independent thinkers and compassionate leaders ready to thrive in a world shaped by technology and change. The institution continues to balance academic rigour with values-based education, empowering students to become responsible global citizens and innovators of tomorrow.
