Aadi Saikumar returns to romance with ‘Saira Banu’, shoot to begin soon

Actor Aadi Saikumar is set to headline a new romantic drama titled Saira Banu , marking his return to the love story genre after a considerable gap. The makers officially announced the project on Friday, describing it as a film rooted in emotion, individuality, and a distinctive cinematic world.

The film will feature Bandhavi Sridhar as the female lead, pairing opposite Aadi in what is being promoted as an intense and heartfelt love story. Bandhavi, who first gained recognition with the horror-thriller Masooda, has since been building her filmography with projects such as Light House and Jaat, reflecting her growing presence across genres. Industry observers note that her evolving career trajectory adds freshness and emotional depth to the upcoming film.

Direction will be handled by Phani Siriki, while production responsibilities are undertaken by Rajesh Danda under the banner of Hasya Movies .

According to the announcement, the film aims to present a narrative where characters carry their own emotional truths within a uniquely crafted world, blending romance with a sense of magic and realism.
