348 Executive vacancies at IPPB: Apply now

India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB), a Government of India undertaking under the Department of Posts, has announced recruitment for 348 Executive posts exclusively for Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) currently serving in the Department of Posts. The online registration process commenced on October 9, 2025, and will close on October 29, 2025, at the official website www.ippbonline.com .

The engagement is part of IPPB’s mission to expand financial inclusion by utilizing India’s vast postal network comprising 1.65 lakh post offices and over 3 lakh postmen and GDS. Selected candidates will be deployed across multiple states and union territories to boost doorstep banking and enhance financial literacy.

Applicants must be graduates in any discipline, aged between 20 and 35 years as of August 1, 2025. The selected executives will receive a monthly consolidated pay of ₹30,000, along with performance-based incentives. The engagement period is one year, extendable up to two additional years based on satisfactory performance.

Selection will be made on a merit basis, considering the percentage of marks obtained in graduation, though IPPB reserves the right to conduct an online test if required.
