
33/11 kV Substation Inaugurated at Ananta Nagar, Kamanchikal Project Launched
In a significant boost to the region’s power infrastructure , the Congress government inaugurated a 33/11 kV substation at Ananta Nagar village in the Paleru constituency and laid the foundation stone for another 33/11 kV substation at Kamanchikal village in Khammam Rural Mandal.
The events saw the participation of Co-Minister @INC_Ponguleti , public representatives , and local leaders , highlighting the government’s focus on addressing the growing power needs of rural communities .
Speaking on the occasion, officials emphasized that the government is implementing comprehensive measures to meet the requirements of the people and that every penny collected from citizens is being channeled directly towards public welfare initiatives.
Criticizing the past decade’s administration, the Congress government noted that under the BRS rule, the state’s financial system had suffered from mismanagement. “Our administration is committed to coordinating both welfare and development, ensuring Telangana progresses in a balanced and sustainable manner,” a spokesperson said.
These new power projects are expected to improve electricity reliability in the region, support local development , and enhance the quality of life for residents in Khammam district.
