₹2 Crore Donation to TTD Trusts

Substantial donations have been made to various service trusts of the Tirumala shrine, where Lord Venkateswara is worshipped. Prominent industrial organisations from Visakhapatnam and Bengaluru collectively contributed over ₹2 crore to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) on Sunday.

₹1 Crore for Pranadana Trust

Visakhapatnam-based Devi Fisheries Limited extended its support to the Sri Venkateswara Pranadana Trust . The company’s directors, Indraneel Chittoori and Mahendra Yarlagadda , jointly presented a demand draft exceeding ₹1 crore to temple official Ramakrishna at the Ranganayakula Mandapam in Tirumala.

Established in 2001 , the Pranadana Trust provides free medical treatment to underprivileged patients suffering from life-threatening ailments such as heart disease, kidney disorders, and cancer.

Meanwhile, Bengaluru-based Bilva Infra Managing Director Praveen S. Nair donated ₹1 crore to the Balaji Institute of Surgery, Research and Rehabilitation for the Disabled (BIRRD) Trust . The funds will be utilised to enhance medical services and infrastructure for persons with disabilities, including advanced surgical care and rehabilitation facilities.
